2024 High Impact Leaders Program
The High Impact Leaders Program is an interactive cohort designed to equip early to mid- career professionals with essential leadership skills. Participation requires nomination by a dean or cabinet member. If you are interested in this program, please request that your dean or cabinet member submit your nomination to HILP@kennesaw.edu no later than July 31, 2024. Program Highlights: Collaborative learning environment Competing Values Leadership Curriculum Practical, Hands-On Training: - Giving and receiving feedback effectively
Eligibility Criteria: Faculty and Staff: Early to mid-career professionals. Performance: Must have satisfactory performance evaluations. Tenure: Must be with KSU for at least 2 years. Employment Status: Full-time employees.
