E-Performance Updates:

To better align strategic goal setting with fiscal and academic year reporting, the annual staff ePerformance timeline is shifting from a calendar year review to a fiscal year review. As a result, the next cycle for staff performance reviews will extend through June 30, 2025 . New evaluations are now available in OneUSG and will follow the timeline below:

During this extended review period, which should include Jan 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025 , we encourage you to reflect on your accomplishments, set goals, and gather any relevant documentation to ensure a comprehensive and productive review. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to KSU. We appreciate your hard work and look forward to a successful review process.
