Fund Objectives

To acquire distressed properties, add value through renovations, and generate cash flow through rental strategies.

Recycle funds through financing or selling fund owned properties to multiply the value of the fund and increase the ROI.

To achieve a 10% return with 10–20% built-in equity and provide monthly distribution of income to investors. The goal of this fund is to 2x your investment over three years.

30% Purchased and Renovated

30% of the fund will be used to purchase renovated and cash- flowing turnkey properties from Freaky Fast Capital Group and affiliates. 70% of the fund represents new acquisitions of distressed properties that Freaky Fast Capital Group has identified. INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Diversification through investing in multiple properties with a combination of balanced deployment of capital.

No front-end load to the investor. 100% of investor capital goes to work. No fees are charged by the manager of the fund, and organizational costs are paid out of earnings.

This fund will come with monthly cash flow statements and financial audits from a third party after each calendar day.
