Diversification through investing in multiple properties with a combination of balanced deployment of capital.

No front-end load to the investor. 100% of investor capital goes to work. No fees are charged by the manager of the fund, and organizational costs are paid out of earnings.

This fund will come with monthly cash flow statements and financial audits from a third party after each calendar day.
