Additionally, they are going national with their case business. “Look for opportunities,” Frisch said. “I think they’re everywhere and they come at you when you’re not even expecting it.” He is grateful for his wife and family who knows what it means to have fun together both in and outside of work. “To be successful in business, you need a great family,” Frisch said. “I have a great family. A family will stand behind you all the time. They understand you and help you through all the highlights and all the challenging times.” In the highway of life, Frisch said the high road is best. “It may cost you a lot more money that you’ve ever imagined. There are a lot of emotions, and it can be very unnerving, but I can assure you that the high road in life is always the right thing to do. “You’ll gain more respect from your peers and your neighbors and your friends, AICC members, and you’ll sleep better.”
