Activity: (4 minutes) Fill in some of the answers (no time to do the entire quiz, or perhaps they have already filled it in at some other time) Debrief: Did you realize you had so many things about which you are enthusiastic and passionate? Our advantage is that we can talk about those topics with our guests and use that energy we get from all our passions to make it special for our guests to stay in our hotel. But we do not always do that. Why not? Perhaps because we are already busy simply doing our jobs. Or we think others might not find it interesting…Or…….
