SeSSIon BrIeFInG Say: Each one of us needs support to thrive and to become the best versions of ourselves so that we can really deliver the genuine FWFV service to our guests. We often do not take the time to address this and register what we personally need from each other in order to succeed and ultimately shine. Shine for us but also to let guests feel Welcome and Valued at AccorHotels LUB. We all have support systems that help us through whatever situation and scenario that may arise. Some of these support systems may be our families, or friends, or even colleagues. Whatever or whoever, today we are going to work on our support system here! We want you to bring the blueprint to life. Explain: You will each get one of these cards (hand out card). I want you to write on the card one example of the support you need from your colleagues in order to make our guests feel valued and welcome.

Explain: Now I want each one of you to come and read one of these cards. One by one, the participants read them out loud.

Say: In order to support each other and stimulate the team effort, you are going to choose a partner to support you.
