Show clip of ‘Free hugs’ Afterwards ask what the Ambassadors thought of the clip/what they felt.
Say: There are 3 laws of nature about being in contact. 1. Everyone needs contact. 2. Contact is always exciting.
3. Contact is in itself fulfilling and makes people feel seen and welcome. Explain: Maybe a hug is not a proper way to make our guests feel welcome, but we have several ways to do that. Let’s try some!
Ask: 2 Ambassadors to leave the room and tell them that when they come back in they will be 2 guests entering the hotel.
Ask: the remaining Ambassadors to think of a way to make these guests feel extra welcome. Ask the 2 Ambassadors back in and have the group welcome them as planned. Ask the 2 Ambassadors for feedback and there experiences.
