SeSSIon 13 | StoP, StArt, contInue Learning Objective: Evaluate the learning’s of the module ‘I am generous’ and put those into action.
After 7 minutes, ask: everybody to share one of his or her ideas (stop, start or continue does not matter). The rest of the group can show their appreciation of the answer by applauding loudly (great action point) or less loudly (that action point could perhaps be a bit more ambitious). Transformer note: You may want to use the applause app to make it a bit competitive.

SuStAInInG Keep the ‘start, stop, continue’ intensions and/or make pictures of them. Approximately 6 weeks after this session send participants a reminder about ‘Start, stop, continue’. Send them their own ‘start, stop, continue’ intensions and ask them if they really did ‘start, stop, continue’ these actions. See communication calendar for more details.
SeSSIon BrIeFInG Say: We have now experienced 13 modules on your optimal Ambassadors ‘I am generous’ behavior. What I would like you to do now is for you to reflect back on those; take a look at the notes you made, the post-its you collected, the feedback you received from your colleagues, etc. Individual exercise: Make a ‘stop, start, continue’ overview of your learning’s. What I mean by that is: • What will I ‘stop’ doing at work in order to make our guests feel indulged? • What will I ‘continue’ doing at work in order to make our guests indulged? • What will I ‘start’ doing at work in order to make our guests feel indulged? Say: to the group that they need to think about ‘stretching’, with realistic and do-able actions. When your plan is stretching, you need to work harder to achieve it, but it will be more rewarding in the end; you will be proud of yourself, and when you are proud, it will be reflected in your interaction with the guest…
