designed to strengthen ties with female donors within the community, alongside the 1st Annual Cutler Bay Turkey Trot held in November. Local community members and organizations like the Rotary Club of Perrine-Cutler Ridge/Palmetto Bay united in a momentous walk. This effort resulted in a $9,000 donation generously presented to the President and CEO of CHI, Blake Hall.
CHI is now $258,000 away from completing the $5.5 million Children’s Crisis Center Capital Campaign. The overwhelming community support and dedication have propelled the campaign towards its goal. “I am so happy about the work that we have done,” said Castro. “We are really closing the gap, and we will finish the campaign.”
