PC TECHNICIAN Through this two-course series, the PC Technician Program focuses on the practical skills needed to be a successful computer technician. The program covers content needed for entry-level employment in the IT field and provides hands-on instruction on diagnosing hardware problems, configuring PC components, replacing defective computer parts, installing operating systems, and troubleshooting basic network connectivity. Program content prepares students for the broadly recognized CompTIA A+ series of certification exams.
