CERTIFIED PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN The CPT program is designed for training and certifying individuals with the core technical competencies needed to enter front-line production jobs in all manufacturing sectors. A series of four classes, the program covers various aspects of manufacturing, including workplace safety, production tools and processes, production quality practices and measurements, and maintenance awareness in a production environment. Content is based on the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council and taught by a certified instructor.
