HOME INSPECTOR Presented in partnership with AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute), the home inspector program meets the licensing requirements for individuals to provide pre-sale residential inspections in Maryland and West Virginia. This program provides an overview of inspector requirements and field work for practice inspections.
