HEALTH AND SAFETY A few hygiene and safety rules must be observed: All users are personally responsible for their own health and should consult a doctor before undertaking certain exercises or treatments. The management declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of objects inside the Spa. It is recommended that the sauna and hammam be used for the length of time specified. The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident occurring in any of the Spa’s water areas, including the pools which are not supervised. It is forbidden to run in the Spa or to jump or dive into the pools. The use of any glass object and the bringing in of any type of food or drink is strictly forbidden around the pools, in the water areas, changing rooms, and treatment rooms. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the Spa. Pets are not allowed in the Spa or in the Restaurant O Terrasse. Access to the swimming pool is permitted on the sole condition of wearing a decent and appropriate swimming costume and Spa slippers. LENGTH OF TREATMENT To make it easier for you to plan, the times shown correspond to your treatment time at the Spa, including initial intake at the beginning of the treatment. To make the most of your experience, we welcome you 30 minutes before your appointment time. ENJOY PEACE OF MIND Every client has the use of an individual locker containing the necessary linens and accessories. To ensure the hygiene and safety of all clients, the lockers are emptied every evening. The management cannot be held liable for the disappearance of valuables left in the lockers or in other areas of the Spa. Clients may leave valuables with the Spa reception, where they will be kept in a safe. A MOMENT OF TRANQUILITY As our Spa is a place to relax and unwind, we would be grateful if you could switch off your mobile phones so that you can fully enjoy your experience and respect the peace and quiet of other guests. RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND DELAYS In order to guarantee you get your preferred appointment time, we advise you to make your booking as far in advance as possible. If you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you would cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, we will be obliged to charge you the price of the treatment you have booked. Any delay will not generate any additional time for the treatment. SPA ACCESS For clientele not staying at the hotel, access to the Spa is subject to the prior booking of a body or facial treatment worth minimum CHF 225, and will allow you to enjoy the Sauna, Hammam, and the refreshing experiences. Additional access to the swimming pools, jacuzzi, and fitness room is subject to availability for an additional fee from CHF 50.
