BIRDERS UNITE: THE ANNUAL BIRD COUNT IS COMING

A nearly 125-year birder tradition is back in Eastern Ontario. The annual Christmas Bird Count (CBC) is taking place on Boxing Day for those in the Alfred-Montebello count region. The Christmas Bird Count began in 1900 BOEJTOPX/PSUI"NFSJDBTMPOHFTUSVOOJOH wildlife census. Taking place at more than  MPDBUJPOTBDSPTTUIF/PSUIFSO)FNJT phere, thousands of wildlife fanatics take out their binoculars and document the number and diversity of bird species they can spot.
