Brakes: Diagnostics and Service Updates 2/10/24, 8:30-11:30 am Class #212, DeVos Gallery Overlook B This seminar is designed to enhance the Technician’s ability to properly diagnose automotive and light truck braking systems. A review of ABS operation, related components and base brake tips helps to reduce diagnosis time and comebacks. Understanding of measurements of run out and parallelism will help reduce customer complaints. This seminar discusses application, operation, diagnosis and bleeding. Helpful tips for system diagnosis, either with or without scan tools, are provided. This course highlights real world case studies to address brake noise, pulsation, pad wear, fluid leaks, and concerns with power assist systems. ASE A5 Test Prep for Brakes 2/10/24, 1:00-5:00 pm Class #214, DeVos Gallery Overlook C

This workshop reviews the needs for passing the ASE A5 Brakes Test. A Garage Guru overviews general test taking procedures and guidelines. The workshop includes reviewing several ASE sample questions and the logic behind the way they were written.
