The versatility of the materials used, the advanced manufacturing process and the quality of our craftsmanship means that Infinitacast baths can be designed in beautiful sculptural shapes that suit the contemporary bathroom. Made from a high quality acrylic, the baths are reinforced with 7 layers of hand applied fibreglass core matting and resin bonding. The timber framed bath rims and bath bases are fully encapsulated in fibreglass matting and resin bonding providing extra rigidity, meaning the bath will not ‘flex’ when you step in.

Cast Reinforced acrylic bath
All cast baths are constructed by both hand and automated processes, for efficiency and speed. The first process is to form the bath from high quality 5 mm acrylic, we then add a full timber supporting frame to both the base of the bath and the underside of the rim. This creates a strong base so we can then apply a fibreglass sprayed layer, encapsulating the timber frame creating a durable and strong bath. Finally the bath is coated with a mix of resin and grey paint, which provides a smooth and strong final bonded surface.
