DAS has a strong commitment to technology. Technology will not replace a Loan Originator - however, DAS believes that a Loan Originator who embraces technology will replace a Loan Originator who does not. As such, all DAS Loan Originators are trained and equipped with the latest technology. A unique value add that DAS offers its team members is our Mortgage Technology Department. This department was created to assist in adoption, support and training on all origination technology. The department has two main goals: Internal – to assist our sales teams by supporting tools that will help engage with borrowers and referral partners, and put more simply, to close more deals. External – create a consistent and frictionless experience for our borrowers. We want our borrowers to apply easily, get consistent updates throughout the process, close in a convenient manner, and then receive relevant information post-close. More concisely, technology creates a referable experience for both your borrowers and partners.

We create this referable experience by leveraging the best-in-class technology: POS – Simple Nexus – Easy applications and doc intake through either web or mobile. LOS – Encompass – We’ve been on this industry standard for mortgage manufacturing for 15+ years CRM – Total Expert – Providing communication to our borrowers and partners throughout the loan process. Closing – Snapdocs – 80% of closings are hybrid, creating a smoother closing

Post Close – Homebot – delivering relevant information post-close to keep us top of mind. DAS maintains an in-house IT department that ensures our systems, networks, data, and applications connect and function properly and securely. Our internal IT Helpdesk ensures all employee technology needs are quickly addressed. All major systems are cloud-hosted or SAAS for optimal performance and reliability. Our security is tested regularly with an IT Security Partner who examines all policies and procedures. They perform system penetration testing and vulnerability scans to uphold a secure infrastructure. Our capabilities allow employees to operate from any location effectively and securely. Our tools enable our employees to operate as efficiently as possible, with continued diligence toward new technologies.
