Scheduling & Staff Planning We offer Smart Square ® , the only healthcare scheduling software that combines demand forecasting (predictive analytics) with robust scheduling functionality, enterprise transparency, patented open shift management, and business intelligence tools all-in-one application. The SaaS platform provides fast implementations and is utilized in acute care, clinics, ancillary, long-term care and senior care settings. Credentialing We provide an all-in-one credentialing solution, Silversheet, to help our clients maintain a healthy and compliant facility. We help automate tedious tasks, prevent errors and centralize credentialing. It is designed to help facilities credential smarter and faster. Vendor Management Systems A Vendor Management System (VMS) is a workforce solution that automates, expedites, and tracks all temporary staffing functions from order (staffing need) through payment, including supplier management and invoice consolidation. If clients use other staffing companies (associate vendors), our VMS helps them track and efficiently organize their staffing process. We have VMS solutions for the spectrum of care facilities, from large, complex organizations to smaller providers of care. Our current VMS products are Shiftwise, Medefis and b4health. Clinician Engagement We offer our AMN Passport app, which is an example of an innovative technology that helps ensure seamless communication between clinicians and healthcare providers by increasing speed to fill, on-time start, and omnichannel engagement. AMN Passport uses AI technology to automatically match clinicians to open jobs and allow them to apply directly. Clinicians can search, submit, and book assignments, allowing them to complete the onboarding and credentialing process independently while selecting shifts that fit their needs. AMN Passport also localizes the clinician experience, providing tips and details about their new assignments.
