We pride ourselves on being a great partner to our candidates throughout their career. Our research told us that organizing candidates into communities means we can better educate them about the breadth of opportunities we offer, without losing touch with the nuances of each clinician group. By offering all our job opportunities under AMN Healthcare, we are able to support candidates as their careers and lifestyles evolve.
Based on this research, AMN Healthcare has organized our candidates into six communities. Our communities are:

• Physician
• Language Services
An additional tier of communities serves Schools and Revenue Cycle Solutions, which are grouped under the parent community of Allied. Dentistry and Advanced Practice are grouped under the parent community of Physician. Segmenting our audience by communities allows us to tailor messaging, content, and offerings to be relevant to the candidate while also leveraging the scale of AMN Healthcare. This organization allows candidates to self-guide themselves to opportunities tailored to fit their needs.
