the sale of 1224 Missouri Ave. NW, a six-unit apartment property located in Washing- ton, DC, according to Bryn Merrey , regional manager of the firm’s Washington, DC office. The asset sold for $767,000, or $127,833 per unit, which raises the bar and rep- resents a new high sale comp in the Brightwood submarket. Grant Fitzgerald , an in- vestment specialist on Marty Zupancic’s DC multifamily team in Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, DC office, had the listing to market the prop- erty on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
