ATFIELD, PA — Wolfson Group, Inc. announces announces

the redevelopment of Hilltown Crossings, a community shop- ping center with a gross leas- able area of 354,458 s/f, located on Rte. 309 at Orvilla Rd. in Hilltown, Pennsylvania. The company is investing $6 million to upgrade the entire shopping center with new storefront fa- cades, additional signage, and other improvements to enhance visibility. In fall 2014, a new Burlington Coat Factory will announce its Grand Opening, creating 50 new jobs. The new Burlington Coat Factory will occupy the origi- nal supermarket site; other tenants in the shopping center currently include Dollar Tree, Sovereign Bank, PLCB Wine & Spirits, Verizon Wireless, Frankford Cleaners, Hair Cut- tery, Osaka Japanese restau- rant, McDonald’s, and Renzo Gracie. An additional 40,000 s/f of re-tenanting with na- tional and local tenants will MECHANICSBURG, PA — CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has sold the last available parcel on Simpson Ferry Rd., Mechan- icsburg. The 1.69 acre parcel was part of a larger commercial tract that has been subdivided and sold over the past several years.
