PennCap is working with Langan Engineering for the civil engineering and design with the hope of being able to create a suburban office park with some urban elements. PennCap Properties continues to support community events through sponsorships and volunteer opportunities. For three consecutive years, the company participated as volunteers and the Premier Partner for the Annual JDRF Tee Up to Cure Diabetes Golf Tournament. Employees joined together to assemble volunteer teams, gather sponsorships and give away items, as well as sign up golfers.
