Individual plates include permanent adhesive backing. We will ship plaques with engraved header plate and any engraved plates ordered on initial order in about 10 working days. Any plaque(s) shipped will be packaged individually in a 2-Piece Presentation Box. At the end of each period, order subsequent plates by going to www.easyperpetual.com. Plates ordered will arrive by mail in a few days. EZPerpetual is an all-inclusive, one price plate program. The program includes the award or plaque, all associated product plates, individual plate fulfillment, and ground freight to the continental US. Each product SKU is sent with a unique code that is entered on the easyperpetual.com website to fulfill individual plates when needed.
