memories came from the people they met along the way. “We took a private snorkeling boat trip to a resort called Couples. We met lifelong friends from all over the place such as Texas, Nashville, Memphis, Atlanta, and we stay in touch till this day.” Looking back, the experience meant even more than the destination itself. “That was the most wonderful trip that I could have ever taken. Especially me and my wife, it happened to be our 23-year anniversary,” Dale said. Experiences like that are part of what keep Dale motivated — and part of why he’s stayed with Averitt for so long.
