La propriété est sujette aux demandes B-080-2025 et B-81-2025. B-080-2025 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à diviser 1.67 hectares de la propriété située au nord du 1850, chemin Racette pour la création d’un nouveau lot à l’est du village de Limoges.
