Enrol 20 Customers Advancing to Senior Director requires personally enroling at least 20 Melaleuca Customers. Why? Because those Customers become the foundation of your business. Your continued growth depends on enroling Customers who love the products and become loyal Melaleuca customers. Develop 5 Directors To advance to Senior Director, you must also develop five active personally enrolled Directors. These become the core of your team – your business partners. They’ll build their businesses alongside you by duplicating what you do, holding you accountable, and becoming your lifelong friends. As they succeed, you succeed. The Compensation Plan also specifies reaching 20,000 in monthly Organization Volume and 17,500 in monthly Personal Enrolee Group (PEG) volume. PEG, by the way, is the volume generated each month by your personally enrolled customers and those they’ve personally enrolled. Those may sound like huge numbers if you’re just starting to build your business. But as you help new customers focus on the 250+ wellness products Melaleuca offers, and as your team adds to your efforts, those numbers will be well within your reach.
