THE CLUBHOUSE GRAND OPENING From Mr. Miles Tucker: I wanted to write to you all to express my profound gratitude for your hard work and teamwork leading up to today’s celebrations, and also during them. The overwhelming feedback from the community was that they loved their new surroundings, and I think we did a great job preparing for their arrival, and more importantly for taking care of them during the day. A wise man once wrote, from small acorns great oaks grow, and I am absolutely confident that we have laid the foundations to delight our members and succeed as a team moving forward. The last several years have been tough on all of us, and there is still much work to be done as we look to the future but today is a day to celebrate and reflect on all that you, and we have accomplished.

CLUBHOUSE OPENING REMINDERS

Please see the below from Mr. Tucker:

Thank you for your hard work and perseverance in getting us to this exciting milestone today. The members were delighted with the grand opening events and I want to personally thank you for all that you did to make it a success. As members begin spending time in the clubhouse, it’s important that we maintain a welcoming and professional environment. To ensure a positive experience for them, please review and follow these Do’s and Don’ts:

Please DO….

USE DESIGNATED EMPLOYEE RESTROOMS ONLY o Multiple restrooms are available in the staff locker rooms located in The Hub. o A shared gender-neutral restroom is located in the Administration hallway near Accounting and Marketing. To keep the shared restroom clean, comfortable, and accessible for everyone, please use it for “quick stops” only. For other needs, kindly use the designated restrooms in The Hub. o The restroom opposite the Executive Office is strictly for Member use. DRESS PROFESSIONALLY o Business Professional attire is required for anyone not issued a Frenchman’s Creek uniform. o Name tags must be worn by every staff member.

Please do NOT…

PARK NEXT TO THE CLUBHOUSE o All staff must park in the 10 North Parking lot (north of the Pavilion and behind the former Golf Shop trailer). If you are unable to find parking in this location, please leave your car with the valets. o Parking is not permitted in any part of the West (POA side) or the East (Loading Dock side) Parking Lots. CONSUME FOOD IN ANY OF THE CLUBHOUSE OFFICES o Food odors can drift into member areas. o Meals from the Dining Trailer must be consumed there until The Hub opens on December 1. o Meals brought from outside may be consumed in The Hub. Please clean up after yourself. USE MEMBER AMENITY STATIONS o Snacks and beverages located outside the conference rooms are reserved for members only. o Beverages for staff are available at the Dining Trailer and starting December 1 at The Hub.
