Depart from Dublin to Entebbe. Spend two nights in a luxury partner hotel and explore the magnificent Lake Victoria on a guided sunset cruise. Take a short flight and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. Spend two nights on the banks of the River Nile staying in a thatched cottage with a sweeping veranda for optimum views. During your stay, embark on a cruise in Murchison Falls National Park. Set out on a Budongo chimpanzee trek. Accompanied by your expert guide, trek through the tropical rainforest and witness the magnificent chimpanzees that call it home. Red- tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys and olive baboons also reside here. Depart for Bwindi. Spend three nights in our partner lodge, staying in a spacious chalet with a private veranda commanding spectacular views of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trek. With the help of a highly experienced guide, trek through the forest in search of the gorillas who have made the habitat their home. There is nothing quite like witnessing mountain gorillas in the wild. Visit the Batwa Pygmies, a community of semi nomadic tribespeople. Although the tribe once flourished, their numbers are dwindling as modernisation wipes out their traditions. Visit these hunter-gatherers, learn about their unique way of life and know that your visit helps support members of the tribe. Depart for Entebbe. Spend the night in Entebbe before departing for Dublin in the morning.
