AST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The rainy skies parted just in time to celebrate the groundbreaking at the site of the future Resi- dence Inn of East Brunswick. Those in attendance included owners Harish Surati and Bobby Sheth, Mayor Brad J. Cohen, the REDCOMDesign & Construction, LLC team and several other members of the township. The completed five-story hotel will include 106 rooms, a swimming pool, a gym, and other amenities. REDCOM is set to finish construction of this 82,250 s/f hotel in Sum- mer 2020. Approximately 30 subcontractors will be work- ing throughout the duration of the job. The team is looking forward to working on another hotel project.
