tate Brokers Association of the NewYorkMetropolitan Area (IOREBA) , recently hosted its annual Golf and Tennis Outing at the Mor- ris County Country Club in Morristown. The gathering of more than 120 commercial real estate professionals were treated to a great day of golf, tennis and networking. IOREBA’s past president, Thomas Romano of Jones Lang LaSalle in Princeton, New Jersey, welcomed the new 2019-2020 board of of- ficers during the networking dinner, introducing IOREBA’s incoming president, John Johnson of Wellington Real Estate . Johnson will lead the other officers who include, vice president Ed Horne of HK Commercial Realty Advi- sors ; Secretary Jeff Grief of First American Title Insur- ance Company ; and Trea- surer Ryan Tiger of Punia Company . “Our annual golf and tennis event is a day that I personally look forward to each year and a day that some of the industry’s most respected players come together for a fun-filled day of golf, tennis and networking,” said Johnson. “IOREBA is one of the finest commercial real estate organizations and I look forward to serving as Presi- dent this year. I anticipate the new board will develop an educational and fun series of events for the upcoming year,” he added. About IOREBA With roots dating back to 1927, IOREBA is one of the na- tion's largest regional commer- cial real estate groups, grow- ing to more than 300 members conducting business in New Jersey, New York, Pennsyl- vania and Connecticut. The organization is continually expanding its offerings, de- signing more useful programs, and teaming with co-hosts for several events to improve the networking environment. 
