P ennsylvania Metro Commercial co-brokers 2,000 s/f store in Northeast Philadelphia, Richard Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development represents AT&T in facilitating multiple leases

new urban commercial strip center coming soon to the cor- ner of North Broad and Spring Garden Streets. This was co- brokered by MSC Retail. The center is scheduled to open this fall with other tenants including CVS Pharmacy and Citizen’s Bank. In Northeast Philadelphia, a 2,000 s/f store will open at Academy Plaza located at Academy & Red Lion Roads, co-brokered by Metro Com- mercial . Stores opened in the junior power center at Shelly Plaza, anchored by PJP Mar- ketplace and Blink Fitness,

at Olney Square, and at the Plaza at Chelten, which was co-brokered by Metro Com- mercial. In Bucks County, an AT&T store opened in Morrisville Plaza, anchored by Dollar Tree and Garden Farm Market. In Montgomery County, AT&T stores will open at Greenleaf at Cheltenham, a power center in Wyncote anchored by Target, Home De- pot, and ShopRite, co-brokered by Metro Commercial; and at Abington Town Center, a pow- er center anchored by Target and TJ Maxx, already open. 

Development, Inc. repre- sented AT&T Corporate in facilitating multiple leases in conjunction with their 2019 Corporate Roll-Out Program in the Philadelphia MSA. AT&T anticipates signing several more leases between now and the end of the month. More than 10 leases have been signed over the past six months, all to open by year- end. In New Jersey, a 4,700 s/f flagship store recently opened at 241 Deptford Center Rd., adjacent to the Deptford Mall, in Deptford, NJ. In Cherry Hill, NJ, a 4,500 s/f flagship store opened at 712 Had- donfield Rd., across from the Cherry Hill Mall. Elsewhere in New Jersey, recent openings include a newly constructed 1,800-square-foot store at 1222 Blackwood/Clementon Rd. in Blackwood, NJ – the site formerly housed a gas station. In Pennsylvania, multiple leases were signed bringing AT&T stores to neighbor- hood centers in Philadelphia, Bucks, andMontgomery Coun- ties. In Philadelphia, AT&T signed a 1,500 s/f lease in the Kinsley properties expands executive leadership team YORK, PA — Kinsley Properties announced new changes to its leadership team as it continues on a path of growth. The York-based company re- cently hired Kevin Snelbak- er as chief financial officer. He succeeds longtime CFO Dan Driver , who has been named to the role of executive vice president. As Kinsley Properties pur- sues growth, Kevin Snel- baker will lead the company’s financial management within the executive team. Driver will continue to work with company leaders in develop- ing organizational strategies in support of expected annual growth.
