HILADELPHIA, PA — Colliers Interna- tional joined client Keystone Shops for the grand opening of its first Phila- delphia medical marijuana dispensary this week at 300 Packer Ave. in South Philadel- phia. This location will be the company’s third in the region, with additional sites located in Devon and King of Prussia. According to the state’s medical marijuana locator there are now four dispensa- ries open within the city limits. In other news, Colliers has been selected to manage two properties within the popular Live Nation entertainment complex of Philadelphia’s Fish- town neighborhood. Goose Island, at 1002 Ca- nal St., is a 12,000 s/f full scale brew house featuring a 20 barrel brewing system and grain delivery system housed in a former dry-ice building married with new construction. There is a bar, restaurant and outdoor event space. Punch Line Philly, at 33 E. Laurel St., is a comedy club, restaurant and bar with outdoor patio. The 300-seat venue regularly showcases top touring comedians as well as private events. “These are prime assets in a great location. Our property management team will work diligently to maintain these standout assets to the highest standard for the enjoyment of all.” said regional managing director Steve Resinski , who will oversee the Colliers team managing the project.
