Mobility & Strength 50+ Build functional strength, cardio and flexibility for daily activities. Suitable for all fitness levels. Parent Power Play Sculpt, tone & stretch in a full body workout class. Class will provide carrier-friendly options. Pilates, Pilates Plus Improve flexibility, strength, endurance, along with concentration, breathing, and overall core strength. Pilates Plus adds weights and strength training. Postpartum Stretch & Sculpt Class will include safe exercises that stretch to aid in postpartum healing in full body conditioning class. Step & Strength Full body strength and conditioning class that is aerobic step based. Strength Training Focuses on resistance training using dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. Designed for full body improvements to muscular strength, endurance and overall functional fitness. Strength & Flow Fuse 30 minutes of total body conditioning with 30 minutes of power yoga. Strength & Stretch Build endurance and maintain bone mass, class ends with stretching and relaxation. 50+ sessions feature modifications for greater accessibility. Stretch Promote flexibility, mobility, and relaxation with full body stretches. Guided by an experienced instructor. Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, Zumba Express Boost energy with a total body workout. Zumba Toning incorporates lightweights. Zumba Gold is a good pace for beginners and older adults. Express is a shorter class.
Yoga Chair Yoga, Yoga (50+ years)
Boost mindfulness, balance and flexibility with the support of a chair. Experience Yoga 50+, with modified options. All levels and abilities are welcome. Flow Yoga Flow through continuous poses with dynamic, rhythmic, and fluid movements. Gentle Yoga & Meditation Move through gentle, easy-on-your-body, yoga poses, followed by a guided meditation. Hatha Yoga, Hatha & Core Yoga Postures and stretches with breath work to encourage alignment, improve balance, increase strength and help calm Align your body and mind. Posture and breath work to achieve, strength, flexibility and balance. Yin yoga includes longer floor based postures. Iyengar Yoga Develop strength and flexibility. For beginners and experienced students seeking to focus on fundamentals. Props are optional if brought. Mindful Yoga the mind and body. Hatha & Yin Yoga Practice balancing mindfulness and body connection, strength building, and relaxation. All fitness levels and experience levels welcome. Power Yoga Flow through classic Hatha yoga poses for a physical challenge that promotes body, mind, and breath awareness. Please bring a yoga mat. Vinyasa Yoga Connect movement and breath in Vinyasa Yoga for a practice that builds strength, balance, and inner peace.
