Primary Questions
What is the existing demand and what corridors are over capacity?
How many of those trips are bound for “dense” job centers and could realistically be served by transit? (Westshore, Downtown, USF, etc.) How many trips do we need to switch to transit to impact peak-hour traffic? How much existing transit capacity is available? How much more transit service is needed to make an impactful mode-shift possible?
