ACCESSING FACTS Family Portal
New and Returning Parents Pillow Academy through FACTS Management gives you, the parent, an opportunity to get more involved in your child’s academic progress and future success – all via the Internet! FACTS Family Portal from FACTS SIS is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You may view your child’s grades, attendance, and citizenship, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary. All you need is an Internet-capable computer.
Here’s how to access our easy-to-use FACTS Family Portal: ● In Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer go to: https://factsmgt.com
● Returning Parents
o Type the school's District Code: PA-MS o Type in User Name o Type in Password
o Mark Parent o Click Login ● If you have forgotten your UserName or ID, please click the “Forgot Username/Password” link. Pillow Academy does not have access to your password.
● New Parents/First time users to Parents Web o Type the school's District Code: PA-MS
o Click CreateNew FACTS Family Portal Account. o Type in your email that is on file at Pillow. o Next click “Create Account” o An email will be sent which includes a link to create your FACTS Family Portal login. The link is active for 6 hours.
