WHAT DO THE EXPERT APPOINTMENTS COVER?
They offer personalised advice and inspiration for your budget and needs, from basic accessories to full room redesigns. In- store and virtual appointments are available at a time that works for you. You will collaborate with John Lewis’ British Academy of Interior Design-trained stylists – over 100 around the UK. They can create digital mood boards, 2D floorplans and 3D imagery to help visualise how products work in your space. APPOINTMENTS ARE FREE In-store: 60 minutes – these are ideal if you’d like to have a look and feel of the items and materials in person. Virtual: 30 minutes – you can speak to its stylists on a video or phone call from the comfort of your home.

JOHN LEWIS BRENT CROSS COLLABORATION WITH THRIVE HOMES
Last year the Home Design Team at John Lewis Brent Cross was commissioned to transform an already furnished show apartment at Thrive’s Parkside development in Watford into a festive, Christmas-themed space. The team furnished and decorated the rooms for the launch of the new Thrive apartments and to promote the Home Design Service. This inaugural event proved to be highly successful, and subsequently, John Lewis investigated the feasibility of redesigning the same apartment utilising John Lewis products. The Home Design Service team meticulously re-envisioned the space, presenting mood boards, imagery, and product selections from John Lewis. The proposal was approved, and the space was subsequently reconfigured with a new design. It was a huge success and Thrive extended an invitation for John Lewis to partner together on its new Abbey Barn project, which is currently underway. Abbey Barn Park in High Wycombe offers a selection of 56 homes – ranging from one bedroom apartments to three bedroom houses, set in 34 acres of parkland and ancient woodland.
