A Good-Night Prayer Now the light has gone away; Jesus, hear me while I pray, Asking Thee to watch and keep, And to send me quiet sleep. All that has been wrong today, Jesus, Saviour, wash away; Help me every day fo be Good and gentle, more like Thee. Amen. A Good-Morning Prayer Father, we thank Thee for the night, And for the pleasant morning light, For rest, and food, and loving care, And all that makes the day so fair.
