Shutdown vs. Restart Shutdown: Turns your computer completely off. Best when you’re done for the day. Restart: Turns your computer off and back on to refresh it, clearing temporary memory and background issues. Best when things feel slow, frozen, or after updates. Quick Tip: If something isn’t working right, try a restart first. It often fixes small issues faster than shutting down.
Why? Modern computers don’t always fully reset everything during a shutdown, but a restart forces a clean refresh.
New OptifiNow Enhancements: Last Dial Date and Dial Count is now reflected on the Leads & Contacts listing pages, making it easier to see the last time an AE called a broker or if they’ve never called them at all. SMS is now live, AEs can now send a follow up text message to a broker within OptifiNow. Indicator showing if a broker/LO also has broker portal credentials.
