The Lake Minneola high school varsity volleyball team is kicking off their fall 2025 season 3-3 as they prepare to take their skills to regionals. Coach Omar Soto is at the front of the pack paving the way to these strong athlete’s victory. “We are going to have tough opponents, but it is all to prepare for what is to come,” said Soto.
