Yvonne Lechner and Florian Hölzle, who wrote their bachelor theses at Flint Group Flexographic Products, won the award. Mark Andy Dave Telken, who has been with Mark Andy for more than 30 years in several different capacities, has been promoted to Vice President of After- market Service.

During his tenure with Mark Andy, Telken has served in a variety of me- chanical design and support roles, most recently as Aftermarket Service Director, where he helped oversee the growth of Mark Andy’s service and retrofit business. He will continue his current responsibilities, while also working to identify expansion areas for aftermar- ket service, further developing the service organiza- tion to support Mark Andy’s digital offerings, and contributing as a member of the company’s leader- ship team.
