He is an individual with good work ethics that go a long way and is seen by many as a leader on the Gantry Truss tables. EASY From: Linda Hampton, Twin Inside Sales To: Tristen Benavidez, Twin Driver

Our driver, Tristen Benavidez, received this wonderful compliment from a customer: “I just want to take a second and express my appreciation to the person who delivered our material. I had asked him to unload on the concrete near the garage. When he arrived, he checked with my wife to confirm where to unload. She pointed out that it was going into a pole barn right next to the garage, and he could unload it in the driveway in front of the pole barn next to the garage. During their conversation, my wife mentioned that I would haul it inside after I got home so it would not get wet. Your driver made the extra effort to unload the material inside the pole barn. Please thank and commend the driver for going the extra mile for us when it was not expected. His example and efforts have made us a customer for life.”

“High five to Catherine Bedegi and the FBS HR Team for putting together several good presentations in recent months highlighting ways we can stay safe even in an office setting. These presentations are a quick part of our monthly huddles and have covered topics like first aid, emergency drills, and office ergonomics. Catherine keeps it light-hearted and informative and always looks for ways to help her team consider health and safety.”

“Our CSR, Paul Ludwig, has a new account that left BMC/BFS. The client has remarked how great it is to be with us and noted that our drivers, especially, have been doing a great job. I want to thank everyone for doing a wonderful job and separating us from our competition with exemplary customer service.”
