She’s been with us for eight months, and she’s already like the secret sauce in our team recipe, making everything better. Tristen’s the gal who keeps the show running smoothly, managing customer service reps’ accounts, liaising with vendors, and getting those quotes out faster than you can say, “Build it!” Tristen’s day-to-day? It’s a mix of orchestrating orders, solving puzzles with vendors, and being the go-to for her CSR buddy. But it’s not just about ticking boxes for her. What really gets Tristen fired up is the vibe at Franklin — where everyone’s rooting for each other, and there’s a real buzz in
seeing a project come to life, from the first sketch on a napkin to the final brick laid. And here’s a fun fact: Tristen’s got a bit of the travel bug, with two Hawaiian Islands ticked off her list and a plan to conquer them all. When she’s not dreaming of tropical paradises, you’ll find her embracing the great outdoors, camping, fishing, or hunting. It’s her way of recharging and finding inspiration. Safety is a big deal for Tristen, especially on the road to Idaho Falls. It’s all part of her commitment to doing things right for herself and the team. What drives her? A mix of family, friends, and her furry companions. They’re why she
