Complete In-Person Walk Through (Step 2)

During the walkthrough we’ll:

❏ Ask you to take us on a tour of your home, as if you were the Realtor and we the potential buyers!!

Take pictures of each room (for our reference only)

❏ Begin filling out a detailed Property Fact Sheet which covers nearly 90% of the questions you can expect to receive from all buyers

( Note: We’ll aim to complete the walk through in 15 - 45 minutes, and will use the information we gather and pictures taken to provide detailed feedback on how to best prepare your home for sale.)

Prepare Home for Sale (Step 5)

Properly preparing a home for sale requires the right process. We’ve developed the below process to be thorough but also flexible enough to meet whatever pace works best for your specific goals and timeline.

❏ Finalize timeline to list and schedule periodic update call

❏ Complete Property Fact Sheet with input from you and management. ❏ ❏

Some clients choose to create a more detailed features and improvements list seen here (Detailed Sample F&I list here )

❏ If selling a condo, we’ll also reach out to building management for a sellers packet and will request any answers relating to the HOA and rules & regs

❏ Discuss pre-inspection and/or fix and repair items (if necessary)

❏ Clean & declutter your home (See our Checklist for your reference)

❏ Photo prep and take photos, 3D tours, and floorplans ( Photo Prep Guide )

❏ Discuss listing logistics ( e.g. Checklist for communication, keys, showings, etc .)
