You have to lead yourself before you lead others, and you can be a leader without being appointed.” Joshua Wood from Jacobs House agreed that learning about the different leadership styles and how to adapt them to different situations, was enjoyable. “I also really enjoyed finding out about my values and how you can use them to find out what type of leader you are and what styles fit you the best.
