YOBs
Auckland The recent Auckland YOBs event held on 30 July in the mezzanine of Everybody's bar was quite popular despite the relatively low number of Young Old Boys based in Auckland. Of those of us who came, there were many university students and a few recent graduates based in Auckland. Thanks to the two complimentary drinks, we all found it easy to catch-up with each other. It was a great time to see familiar faces again and to share some banter about our time at College. The evening also provided younger Old Boys with the opportunity to meet recent graduates working in full-time jobs and hear about their experiences living in Auckland and going to university. Given the recent lockdown in Auckland, we are now undoubtedly glad the event was able to happen this year.

Wellington This year we returned to the
trendy Havana Bar in the central capital for the Wellington YOBs annual event, attracting a great turnout of boys of all ages from all Houses. It was a very successful evening with great food and company and the boys partying on until late.
