HIP HIKES While standing up on a step, lower one leg downward towards the floor by tilting your pelvis to the side. Then return the pelvis/ leg back to a leveled position.

INGREDIENTS • 1 box of saltine crackers • 1 1/3 cup of canola oil • 2 tbsp of red pepper flakes • 1 tbsp dill weed • 1 package of Ranch seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS Mix all ingredients together, pour over crackers, cover well and toss. Optional: For spicier flavor add in powdered cayenne pepper.
