Newland Homes to open its latest development
The Gloucestershire-based housebuilder is to open the sales office and architect designed show home at Newland Orchard in Whitminster, near Stroud, at the end of October. The 31-property build is the latest of more than 200 developments undertaken by Newland Homes since the company was established in 1991. During that time, Newland Homes, has been responsible for building 2,500 new homes with more to come. The firm was recognised earlier this year in The Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100, praising its strategic approach to housebuilding, which has led to a profit growth of 58.55 per cent. Developments in Newark Meadows in Hempsted, Willow Green in Willersey, New Town Park at Toddington, as well as low carbon homes at Rectory Gardens in Maisemore and Twyning Green near Tewkesbury, are currently underway.
