Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

Group Exercise Schedule Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be canceled. Please register by clicking here. THERE WILL NO EVENING CLASSES ON 31 DECEMBER AND NO CLASSES ON NEW YEAR’S DAY. CSI (Core-Stretch Integration) Monday & Wednesday at 6:00 PM (No class January 1) A full body workout that incorporates powerful Pilates exercises to build core strength and stability, & soothing stretches. Fitness Fusion Tuesday (for beginners) /Thursday at 8:30 AM Step aerobics, full-body toning, & core conditioning in one class! Forever Fit Monday at 4:00 PM and Thursday at 11:00 AM This class focuses on balance, flexibility and light strengthening. Fitness Yoga Friday at 5:45 PM Designed specifically for golfers & tennis players, this class will emphasize positions to open up tight joints. Gentle Yoga Tuesday and Thursday at 9:45 AM An easy flow to focus on deep breathing, alignment and balance.

Pilates (All Levels) Monday & Wednesday at 8:30 AM & 5:00 PM (No 5:00 PM class December 30. No 8:30 AM or 5:00 PM class January 1) An age-defying, full body workout to gain core strength, flexibility, better balance and posture! Power Yoga Sunday at 4:00 PM An advanced class with higher intensity. Alignment meets power with arm balances, inversions, and core work with weights. Toning + Abs Tuesday at 5:30 & 6:30 PM, Thursday at 6:00 PM, and Saturday at 10:00 AM (No class December 31) A full body workout with an emphasis on core conditioning. Yoga Fusion Wednesday 6:00 AM and Saturday at 8:45 AM (No class January 1) Yoga combined with strength training and deep stretching. Yoga Therapy Monday & Wednesday at 9:45 AM (No class January 1) Release tension while improving postural alignment. Restorative Yoga Tuesday at 11:00 AM For those seeking the benefits of a relaxing and nourishing practice.

Celebrate the Twelve Days of Fitness! Between December 27 and January 7, you may drop-in on group exercise classes and pay the subscriber rate. Instead of paying $16 for standard class, you’ll only pay $8; instead of $22 for a specialty class, you can pay $11. This is a great way to try a class before committing to it as a subscriber! Free Kettlebell Demonstrations Join personal trainer Adam Gleason for a free kettlebell demonstration! Come learn the history and principles behind the use of kettlebells, and get an introduction to the six fundamental movements. Demos will take place on Wednesday, 8 January, at 7:30 AM, and Friday, 10 January, at noon. Registration is free but limited. Sign up in advance by clicking here. Holiday Hours The Fitness Center will close at 2:00 PM on New Year’s Eve and remain closed on New Year’s Day. Group Exercise classes will run on schedule through the early afternoon on New Year’s Eve, and be canceled after 2:00 PM. There will be no classes on New Year’s Day. The normal schedule will resume on 2 January 2020.
