We would like to take a moment to honour the memory of our esteemed focus group member, Simon Albury, who recently passed away. His legacy as a champion for diversity, inclusion, and the arts will undoubtedly continue to inspire those who knew him and those impacted by his work. His dedication to uplifting Black talent and supporting the Black British Theatre Awards speaks volumes about his character and commitment to positive change. Honoring his memory through our work is a powerful way to carry forward his mission. Simon’s influence and passion will live on, resonating through the countless lives he touched.
